Being from the Greater Boston Area, I have grown up seeing the incredible impact the healthcare industry can have on the community. This became very personal for me two years ago when my grandfather, Michael Levy, was diagnosed with Aplastic Anemia. I got to witness first hand the difference an amazing institution like Dana-Farber was able to make in the final months of my grandfather's life, through his amazing care team, the support they provided my family, and the respect and compassion they showed him. One of my grandfather's greatest prides in life was his ability to serve his community, and this inspired me to support my own by participating in events like the PMC.
At the start of this summer I married the love of my life, Samantha Kim, and gained a new perspective on living life for others and for my community rather than for myself; this year I'm a proud, first-time, participant in the Pan-Mass Challenge - a bike-a-thon that raises more money for charity than any other single athletic fundraising event in the country - alongside my sister, Alex Levy, and our parents Joshua Levy and Rachel Rock, who have been riding the PMC for the past 14 years. I will also be riding on Team Samantha in support of Samantha Janower who was diagnosed with a brain tumor at age 3, but now a healthy and thriving adult.

100 percent of every dollar I raise goes directly to Dana-Farber, meaning that your donation has a real impact! Please donate to my PMC fundraising and help me reach my fundraising goal.
