Dear Investors, Friends, and Colleagues:
For the past 32 summers, Team DOLBEN has ridden in the Pan Mass Challenge (PMC), a 164-mile charity bike ride benefiting the Dana Farber Cancer Institute’s Jimmy Fund. The goal of the PMC is to raise money to beat cancer, and every rider on the team is deeply committed to that cause.
This year, we are also honoring the life of Don Dolben, who personally rode as a PMC participant for 29 years until just a few years ago when poor health sidelined him. He was extremely generous with his own personal donations to the PMC, and many donations have been made in his memory, for which we are truly grateful. If you have already given, THANK YOU! If not, we hope you will help us celebrate Don’s extraordinary life with a donation in his memory.
The PMC raises more money for charity than any other single athletic fundraising event in the US, and 100% of all rider-raised funds go directly to cancer research & treatment at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. You can read more about this special event at www.pmc.org.

This year’s flyer can be found here: 2024 Flyer. In addition to details about the ride, it contains a list of last year’s big donors and instructions on how to donate by check if you prefer. Past donations have ranged from $10 to over $10,000! Please give what you can to support this worthy cause. Even the smallest donation helps.
As a rider I can truly say, the hardest part of this event is the fundraising. The ride is easy by comparison. Each participant comes to understand that a day on the bike really does beat a day on chemotherapy.
Thank you all for your continued encouragement and support. It is greatly appreciated by me, and the many patients at the Dana Farber.
Best to all,
Drew
