Why I Ride ...
This will be my 16th year riding the PMC!
After loosing my dad to cancer over 34 years ago I thought it would pass me by, I somehow was immune. I learned that none of us are immune. I was diagnosed with breast cancer seventeen years ago. I will ride again this year as a Living Proof cancer survivor, feeling very lucky that I am able to recover from treatment / surgeries and train with a whole new appreciation of what it means to be beat IT. I ride because I can, and to help others who cannot. Thank you so much for your support! I would like to honor your loved one by having them ride with me the whole way. Please send their name and I will add a pink ribbon to my backpack with their name on it.
