My Ride...
On August 5th, I'm participating in the Pan Mass Challenge (PMC), an annual 100-mile bike ride across Massachusetts to raise money for cancer research, care, and treatment at the Dana-Farber Institute. Dana-Farber is ranked the #4 cancer hospital in the world and is the founding member of Harvard's Comprehensive Cancer Center. The PMC has raised $900 million since 1980 and raises more money for charity than any other single fundraising event in the U.S.
100% of rider-raised revenue will go directly to support the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's commitment to finding a cure.
This year, I'm riding on behalf of our Pedal Partner, King Gaylor, a 5-year old who is battling Leukemia. Our team is honored to riding for him and his family again this year.
To learn more about King and his family, please watch his interview with CBS Boston here.
