Hello!

This will be my third year riding in the Pan-Mass Challenge! Participating in the PMC was more eye opening and rewarding than I would have thought possible. Seeing such a massive group of people come together to not only show support for loved ones affected by cancer, but also do something about it, was very moving for me. Last years ride earned $56,000,000. This was an amazing display of empathy. Sadly, more is needed.

I am proud to once again be Riding for Team Superhero. Team Superhero was created by the parents of a boy named Ethan. When Ethan was 5 years old he was diagnosed with Acute Mylogenous Leukemia. Thanks to the treatments, in part made possible through fundraising such as this, Ethan is now 15 years old and in 9th grade!

As I ride I will also be thinking of my cousin Kelly and my uncle Brendan. Kelly passed away in 2005 at the age of 22. Brendan passed away in 2009 at the age of 53. Kelly and Brendan continue to be loved and missed by everyone fortunate enough to have known them.

It has been an honor to be apart of Team Super hero and I am looking forward to another great experience!
