I am riding in honor of my mom, Maryann Mellon McDermott. She fought Bladder Cancer for many year and past away in November 2015. She is my inspiration for riding this year. Although she was taken from us too soon, her impact continues. Not a day goes by that I don't think of her. She was an amazing mom, a great sister, a loving wife, and a loyal friend. She has tought be a lot about myself and I cannot think of a better way to honor her.

I'm a proud supporter of the PMC because it is leading a charge to beat cancer. In fact, last year 100% of rider-raised revenue went directly to support the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's tireless commitment to finding a cure.
