For the second straight year I'll be riding in the Pan-Mass Challenge as a member of Team Duncan and couldn't be more excited. Our team has set a fundraising goal of $1 million. My goal is to contribute at least $6k to that number.

If you're not familiar with the Pan-Mass Challenge, it's an organization whose sole mission is to raise funds for cancer research and treatment at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. The best part, 100% of every rider-raised dollar goes directly to Dana-Farber.

This year I'll join a handful of riders to ride what is known as Day 0. This is a three day ride from the New York/Massachusetts border to Provincetown, MA, that'll be around 300 miles.
