Thank you for connecting with Team ALLIEDBARTON! We are riding to raise thousands of dollars for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute -- will YOU help us?
Below you will learn about us, our team and find periodic updates.
We are members of the New England Management Team of AlliedBarton Security Services and are very excited to be participating in our first Pan Mass Challenge. We've never made a bike ride across Massachusetts before -- in fact, two of our team members need to go buy bicycles -- but we are absolutely pumped for this ride.
Who is on the team?
our Riders are:
Deo Arruda -- New England Vice President of Operations
Paul Caruso -- Senior District Manager
Dean DaSuta -- Business Development Manager
Mike Montuori -- District Manager
on Support we have:
Keith Frost -- Area Manager
Andy Roman -- Quality Assurance Manager
Joe Scagline -- Director of Human Resources
and for Inspiration we have the rest of the AlliedBarton team including our executive leaders Ron Rabena, Divisional President and Dave Silvey, Vice President & General Manager.
Why? A few reasons:

Individually: Participation in this event provides each of us with a valuable fitness goal. Truth be told, we've been getting larger not younger, and it was past time to turn that around.

Team: It may sound trite, but we really enjoy working together as a team. Our professional connection has evolved into a very reinforcing personal one--we get along so well at the office, that we were all excited about getting involved outside as well.

Dana Farber: It's an institution that'is easy to get excited about. They do great work over there for people who are desperately in need. Our company has a slogan: Dare to be Great -- greatness isn't easy, and we don't achieve it every day, but as we strive for it at work, we have also pledged to reach for greatness as members of the community. This ride gives us precisely that opportunity.
