Why I'm Riding ...
In one way or another, each of our lives has been effected by cancer. It's a devastating disease that all of us fear and most of us feel helpless to do anything about. We've all lost close friends and loved one's, and many of us know people that are living with it and battling with it every day.
The PMC ride is a great venue that enables individuals to do our small part by helping to raise money for research to hopefully find a way to make cancer a thing of the past. It's also a pretty emotional thing to be in a peloton of 5900 riders all banding together with one common goal in mind! And, I'm honored to be part of it.
