Cancer needs to be cured. Full stop.
Cancer has touched all of us. My first wife, Caroline Lipson Kaufer, passed away from Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Cancer in 2005. I ride a tandem bike, with my wife Lisa, to raise money to help find a cure. All funds that I raise go directly to researchers that the Neuroendocrine Tumor Research Foundation has selected at the Dana Farber that are researching the core biology and pathology of Carcinoid and Pancreatic Neuroendocrine cancers. I am on the board of the Neuroendocrine Tumor Research Foundation, and can attest that the money is very well spent. I encourage anyone to look at our website: www.netrf.org
