This is year five riding in the PMC. It has really, and genuinely, sunk into me what this is all about. This is the greatest fundraiser in this country. I not only believe that to be the case, but I know this to be the case. ALL donations go to Dana Farber Cancer Research. There are two types of people in this world. Those who have been directly affected by cancer or those who have been indirectly affected. And that line is very blurry. Everything Dana Farber does has the PMC's fingerprints on it. This research is making a difference!! I am beyond proud to be associated with the PMC.

I ride for my mother who left a 12 year old boy without his mom. But blessed me with ten older brothers and sisters that did not let cancer beat the family! I continue to ride for Mac. My friend and former bartender who did not let cancer get the best of him. I will never forget how you pounded your way through this disease.
I am riding for Big Dinny. Who's in the fight of his life. Stay strong! You are loved!
And I always ride in memory of some of the greatest people I have ever met who left this world way too early and left a void that never can be filled. Those people include Joe Fitzgerald, Jiggs Mantone,Yock, Peter The Big Boy O'Neill, and Thad Ziemba. Missed by all. All the time.
