I am asking for your pledge in support of my participation in the Pan-Mass Challenge - a major cycling event raising funds for pancreatic cancer research. This charity event has raised more funds than any other single athletic fundraising event in the country - to bring us Closer by the Mile to a cure for cancer.

Since its founding in 1980, PMC riders have raised more than $1 billion for cancer research, treatment and patient care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, one of the country's top cancer care hospitals. My fund raising this year will be directed to Dr. Sahar Nissim's Reseach Fund supporting early detection of Pancreatic cancer at the Nissim Lab.

I also hope my participation in this event helps to support my dear friend John Squires who lost his wife Kate in April. With John's love and support, along with their 5 children, together they fought bravely for over 4 years. I believe my effort and contribution, along with yours, supporting team Forza-G will make a difference for all those who like John and Kate who are figthing the fight they so valiently braved.

Of particularly note, 100 percent of every dollar I raise goes directly to Dana-Farber, meaning that your donation has a real impact!
