My daughter-in-law, Jen Crombie, is a wonderful wife and mother as well as a dedicated medical oncologist. Over the past 2.5 years she has also been a patient undergoing treatment for ovarian cancer. She is currently on a Phase 2 trial of a new targeted therapy for women with recurrent disease, and is doing well.
One important mechanism for funding cancer research and clinical trials like the one Jen is on is the Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC). In honor of Jen, I will again be riding in this year's PMC to raise money for the Jennifer Crombie Fund for Ovarian Cancer Research.
Please support my ride by helping me raise money for ovarian cancer research. 100% of your contributions will directly support DFCI's commitment to finding new therapies for patients like Jen.
