I'm a proud supporter of the PMC because it is leading a charge to beat cancer. In 2020, my grandmother Mary S. Bulger passed away after a long battle with cancer. My grandmother was a staple of the South Boston community and was loved dearly by everyone who was fortunate enough to cross paths with her. The vast amount of lives she touched through her charity, care, and day to day interactions will never be quantifiable. Most impressive about her life of giving is the humility with which she carried herself, never seeking recognition or the spotlight. Cancer afflicted her as it does to so many other great, admirable individuals that lead extraordinary lives. This year, I am riding in the PMC for my grandmother and all of those in my family who have been impacted by cancer.
