Dear Friend,

Cancer sucks. There’s really no other way to say it. Over the past year, it’s touched the lives of too many people we know—family, friends, and colleagues. But in the midst of these hard stories, there are glimmers of hope. One of them is our friend Jen.

Jen courageously battled colon cancer through years of chemotherapy and surgeries. Last year, she enrolled in a clinical trial at Dana-Farber—thanks to research made possible by donations like yours. Today, I’m thrilled to say Jen is cancer-free. Her strength and resilience have been inspiring, and she and her family have supported my PMC rides year after year.

It’s stories like Jen’s that fuel my commitment to ride in the Pan-Mass Challenge once again on August 2nd and 3rd. This will be my 14th ride, covering nearly 200 miles from Sturbridge to Provincetown—all to raise funds for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

This year, the PMC has set an ambitious goal: $76 million to support cancer research and care. Did you know the PMC provides over 60% of all Jimmy Fund revenue and nearly 20% of Dana-Farber’s unrestricted funding? Your support makes a real, direct impact.
