11 years ago, while celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, my wife discovered a mass in her breast which was diagnosed as Stage IV breast cancer. We were devastated. Due to the incredible advancements in the treatment of this disease, she is still alive and lives an inspiring life. She has been on nearly weekly chemotherapy treatments for almost three years due to a recurrence of the cancer and was in remission until very recently. Now she will undergo radiation treatments. We are responding by increasing our level of service to others with cancer.

I will ride for my beautiful wife, but also for my father who died of cancer and for every person affected by this disease.
