I ride the PMC to be a part of the long standing Surdan/Morris family tradition (33 consecutive years) of participating in this event to raise money for cancer reasearch, and to be a part of the wonderful PMC community. I fully believe everyone should take part in this event at least once in your life--whether it be riding or volunteering, you will feel a sense of community and greater purpose throughout the entire weekend. It's been amazing to see so many of my close friends and family join the team and experience the magic of the PMC. The efforts of the PMC directly affect patient care and research which is so badly needed to find a cure and to advance treatment. Cancer has affected and taken far too many lives, and through these fundraising efforts, we can make tangible progress and change.
