Why I Ride ...
I hope this writing finds you and yours well. I am writing to let you know I committed to bike in the Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC) this summer.
I am riding to honor my friend, Kerrie Massaro, and cousin, John 'Gards' Gardiner, each of whom died too young from cancer. Kerrie (West Hartford, CT) and Gards (Jackson Hole, WY) were both vibrant Bostonians who influenced others in their communities to live their lives to the fullest.
I am prividelged to be able to ride 200 miles on my bike to be a small part of the solution. Cancer impacts too many families and the Pan-Mass Ride allows us the opportunity to help!
