Dear Friends,

This year will be my 9th consecutive year as a Pan Mass Challenge rider. I will join my fellow cyclists on Aug.3-4 over the beautiful 2-day, 190 mile route from Sturbridge, MA to Provincetown, MA. 100% of rider-raised donations go directly to support the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (http://www.dana-farber.org/About-Us/Mission-and-Values.aspx), an incredible organization that has made a tireless commitment to finding a cure for adult and pediatric cancer. This is a true team effort, with riders (well-represented by Dana Farber MDs and researchers), awesome volunteers, generous corporate sponsors and the local communities lining the route to encourage us on to the finish. Since 1980, the PMC has raised $972M for Dana Farber and this year we will top ONE BILLION! The PMC is the Institute's single largest donor, so their patients are counting on us!

This year, I am dedicating my ride to the sister of a friend who lost her battle with ovarian cancer. I have committed to raising a minimum of $6000 and have set a personal goal of raising $14,000 (GO BIG OR GO HOME!). I ask for your support and donation in helping me reach (or exceed!) my fundraising goal and in making an impact on cancer treatment and finding a cure. If you supported me last year - THANK YOU!! - You helped me exceed last year's goal and raise $12,660. I hope I can count on your support and donation again this year. If you didn't have a chance to donate last year, I ask for your support this year - ANY and EVERY amount moves me closer to my fundraising goal for this incredible organization.
