Last year, 100% of rider-raised revenue went directly to support the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s tireless work toward finding a cure. Our Team the Ocean State Cancer Crushers have raised over $300,000 for this cause over the last three years.
We’ve all been touched by cancer in some way. I ride for MaryLou, who courageously beat cancer, and for Lisa, who continues to fight with incredible strength. I ride in memory of Donna, Bobby, Carmen, Linda, Gladys and our beloved team captain PJ Hartley — whose lives were cut short by this disease but whose spirits ride with us always.
Every mile I ride is for them. Every dollar raised brings us closer to a world without cancer.
