The PMC is my favorite weekend of the year and I have my Dad to thank for it. He used to egg me on to sign up with him, but I was hesitant about the fundraising portion of it. Finally in 2018 I took the plunge and I'll never look back. Cycling has become my favoirte activity, hands down. This weekend combines my passion for riding bikes along with the tremendous effort put forth by an amazing group of riders, volunteers and fans, all working towards the goal of a world without cancer. My Dad passed in 2020 due to heart disease but his passion for this event and his memory keeps my head down and legs moving. I look forward to this event all year long and it never disappoints. Every year we make a difference and together we can accomplish our goal!
