On August 3rd I will be riding in my 2nd Pan Mass Challenge as part of Team Martignetti. I will be riding 90 miles from Wellesley to Bourne. This is a monumental year for the PMC as they are set to cross the $1 Billion mark for funds raised for cancer research and treatment.

I am riding…

• because I believe in a Cancer free world.

• in memory of Bill Griffin, Lisa Reed, Peter Fortenbaugh, Alexander Myers and so many other loved ones who have lost their heroic battles to Cancer.

• in honor of my family, friends and coworkers who are fighting today and all those that have fought and conquered, especially my Mom and my friend Heather, a survivor, who I had the pleasure to ride alongside last year.

Why the PMC?

• The Pan Mass Challenge is the single largest contributor to Dana-Farber and the Jimmy Fund and is responsible for more than 60% of the Jimmy Fund’s annual revenue.

• 100% of every dollar raised goes directly to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute

• The PMC has raised over $900 Million dollars for Dana-Farber since it’s inception in 1980

Every little bit counts and will help make the dream of a Cancer free world a reality.
