My daughter Meghan and I are riding our 6th PMC this summer, and this year we will be joined by my son Mike, who is riding for the first time!

I was inspired to ride the PMC in 2020, after my Dad received a devastating diagnosis. I had watched him battle various health issues for years, but was humbled by his brave fight in this last challenge. My daughter Meghan and I decided to ride in 2020 to support Dad/Poppy. Sadly, he passed in September that year. We also ride in memory of my dear sister in law Fernanda who died at the young age of 48 after a courageous battle with breast cancer.

We ride to honor the lives of my dad, Fernanda, and all the beautiful people who have bravely fought, and continue to battle, this awful disease. This year, we ride to honor our good friends Paul G and Lynn P, who are fighting several medical battles.

I'm a proud supporter of the PMC because it is leading a charge to beat cancer. In fact, last year 100% of rider-raised revenue went directly to support the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's tireless commitment to finding a cure.
