Why I Ride ...
I'm a cancer doctor and a proud supporter of the PMC and Team FLAMES because it is leading a charge to beat cancer. 100% of rider-raised revenue will go directly to support the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's tireless commitment to finding a cure. This will be my 15th straight year riding the PMC, and this year I seek to raise $70K or more. 2025 will be a special ride, as it is the final year that PMC will start in Sturbridge, and beginning in 2026 the start is moving to Worcester.
As a Dana-Farber physician and researcher myself, I cannot express how vital these funds are to helping us to develop innovative new therapies for patients around the world and to deliver those therapies with expertise and compassion here at Dana-Farber in Boston. Each year, riding in the PMC inspires me to work even harder to develop better cancer treatments, and the funding you provide is essential to our ability to do just that. So thank you in advance for your generosity!
