I'm a proud supporter of the STINGing Cancer team of the PMC because it is leading a change to translational research for breast and thoracic cancers. I am post-doc at DFCI, and I committed my work and life to cancer reasearch. I decided to become a rider because I believe that each dollar spent at DFCI will lead to a cancer-free world.
Personally, I also ride for my family, for my Mom who was diagnosed with breast cancer, and my dad who had colonrectal cancer. Thanks to early diagnosis, surgeries and research, they both survived.
The PMC directly support the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's tireless commitment to finding a cure. 100% of rider-raised revenue will go to the fight agaist cancer.
