Honoring the Memory of My Father-in-Law Jordan Levy
On October 5, 2023 my father-in-law, Jordan Levy, died from a glioblastoma (brain tumor) after a brief and intense struggle. He was one month shy of his 80th birthday. I ride to honor his memory and to raise money to advance treatmet for this terrible disease. Cancer has impacted my life and the people I love way too much: my mom is living with recurrent breast cancer, and my father, mother-in law, and brother-in-law all died of cancer as have too many other relatives and friends. And yet, many are surviving longer and suffering less due to new and better treatments discovered by cancer researchers at Dana-Farber. Your financial support makes possible the research needed to make a difference and save lives. Support for my ride goes directly to fund brain tumor and lung cancer research - last year my team (Team 3G) raised over $500,000 and with your help we will do even better this year. 100% of rider-raised revenue went directly to support the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's tireless commitment to finding a cure. Please join me in honoring my father-in-law Jordan and supporting the PMC in the fight to improve cancer treatment.
