I'll be participating in the Pan-Mass Challenge on August 3rd and 4th, covering a total of 192 miles. This event holds significant importance as it contributes to the incredible milestone of surpassing $1 billion raised for cancer research and treatment at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. The collective effort of countless individuals riding and supporting this cause underscores the relentless pursuit of a cure. Every donation directly benefits the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, making a tangible impact in the fight against cancer.

This year's ride holds special significance as we honor the memory of a dear teammate who bravely battled pancreatic cancer until April. His loss resonates deeply with us, not just as a teammate but as a cherished family friend. Riding Tommy Strong serves as a tribute to his courage and resilience.

Additionally, I ride in memory of my grandmother, who lost her battle to adenocarcinoma cancer in late 2022. Her strength and spirit continue to inspire me, driving my commitment to this cause.

We all have loved ones who face the challenges of cancer with unwavering bravery. Witnessing their struggle underscores the urgency of our mission. Riding from Sturbridge to Provincetown is a small gesture compared to the immense battles fought by those affected by this disease.
