I hope this finds you and your loved ones well in the midst of this Covid-19 pandemic and I hope with the development, increased accessability, and improved treatments for Covid-19 that you are all starting to get back to some of the things that you enjoy and a physical reconnection with the people you love who you have not been able to see! I miss you all and I am truly appreciative of all of the support you have provided me and the PMC ride in the past!! While the country has been rightly focussed on fighting and winning the battle against Covid-19, unfortunately cancer has continued to effect our loved ones and the global community. I thank you all who have previously supported my PMC ride for the past three years including last years Reimagined Ride to support the Dana Farber Cancer Center! . Last year the Reimagined PMC event greatly exceeeded the $41,000,000 goal because of you all!!! I understand that you are all in different places economically so please donate anything that you can whether it be $10.00, $100, or something in between or nothing at all and just a message of encouragement, I appreciate so much all you do and the kindness and support you have provided me since I have known all of you!!!
I am so....,., incredibly happy that once again I am scheduled to do the 192 mile PMC ride from Sturbridge to Provincetown!! Now I am just working on logistics: I guess I need to find someone with an RV to meet along the way :)
I continue to ride for my Mom, Beverly Bluth who fought and battled colon cancer and her endearing legacy still lives on in her grandchildren who she unfortunately was never able to meet. In addition, I ride for my other family members and friends/families who have been affected by this awful disease. I ride so my children and yours will be better prepared with new forms of early diagnostic tools, better education, and most importantly improved treatments! Most importantly, I ride because it provides hope!
I'm a proud supporter of the PMC because it is leading a charge to beat cancer. In fact, last year 100% of rider-raised revenue went directly to support the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's tireless commitment to finding a cure. In 1998 I lost my mother Beverly Bluth to colon cancer. My ride is dedicated to her and the countless friends and and other family members who have battled or will battle this disease. My hope is that my children and yours will be better equipped to beat this disease! This spiritual journey is for them and I am honored to participate for the first year!
Thank you so much for all of you who supported my ride over the past 3 years; lets keep the fight going this year and lets kick cancers rear! Your generocity in honor of your loved ones inspires me every mile along the way and you and your loved ones carry me through this ride and throughout the fundraising effort!
