I'm honored to be riding 186 miles from Wellesley, MA to Bourne, MA on Saturday and Sunday, August 2-3, 2025, raising funds for Dana Farber Cancer Institute, in memory of my cousin, Alison Schnipper.
Alison had a great sense of humor, a quick wit, a loving nature, and a bright smile. She was diagnosed with leukemia during her sophmore year of college. She fought bravely through many procedures including two stem cell bone marrow transplants, before passing away in 2019 at the age of 28. Despite the many medical and physical challenges Alison confronted, she retained her love of life, her friends and family, and fun. Along the way, the doctors and staff of Dana Farber provided expert care.
In Alison's memory, my aunt and uncle set up the SchnipperDipperDoodle Fund. Donations to this fund support patient assistance for patients affected by transplant or Graft versus Host Disease (GvHD).
Please donate to my PMC ride in honor of the people you know that are struggling or have struggled with cancer. I'm riding on behalf of all of them. 100% of you donation will go toward the fight against cancer. There are no administration fees, riders pay their own registration fees, and all support services are volunteered. The Pan Mass Challenge has raised over $1 billion for Dana Farber since 1980, and the goal this year is to surpass last year's fundraising total of $75 million. Please help us exceed that goal!
