2025 is my second year riding the Pan-Mass Challenge supporting cancer research. Cancer hit close to home in my adolescence when my mother was diagnosed. Thankfully, her treatment was successful, and I am very grateful for all the years with her since. In my adult life, two friends were diagnosed with different advanced forms of cancer. They each had tough journies before their passing, but always kept positive attitudes and managed to bring a smile to your face. Last year, my dad was diagnosed and received successful treatment for cancer. I ride for them and for everyone who's been touched by cancer. I'm privileged to join a PMC team of co-workers partially sponsored by Wolf & Company's Charitable Foundation. Wolf employees will also be volunteering on the ride weekend, and we all look forward to joining the 6500+ riders and 4000+ volunteers.
This year, the PMC will raise over 70 million dollars for cancer research, with 100% of donor dollars going to fund that research. Because of the PMC, our friends, family, and colleagues who have faced this disease or will face it in the future will be treated with the most innovative and effective treatments, life-saving treatments that would not be possible without the PMC. While the Dana Farber Cancer Center treats those in need, I will participate in the 2-day, 186-mile bike ride. Please help me help everyone suffering from cancer by donating whatever you can to my ride. The mission of PMC is to find a cure for cancer, Closer By the Mile.
I hope you will donate and support me, the PMC, and the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. See the link below.
Sincere appreciation and thank you!
Luke
