Why I Volunteer and Why I Ride ...
This will be my 14th year involved in the PMC. I will be returning to a day of volunteering and a day of riding this year. I continue to be inspired by all of the brave people who have fought and are fighting various forms of cancer. Sadly, and all too close to my heart, I know a few who have lost the battle too.
The courage of cancer fighters and survivors, and their families and friends are a force to be reckoned with. The strength and determination it takes to fight and their commitment and resolve continues to astound me and I will ride in honor of them and their people. This is why I will continue with my commitment to the PMC.
I will return to my volunteering at MMA doing massages on Saturday. I have missed this and will be so happy to get back to it.
There has been so much progress with research and so many have greatly benefited with the funds raised by PMC. I am honored to be able to ride and raise money for the funding of research that will help to end a disease that affects so many people in so many ways.
PMC hit the milestone of 1 billion dollars raised last year and I am so honored to be a part of it.
Thank you for supporting my ride and the PMC. I am so appreciative of the continued support from friends and family.
