On August 2nd I will be participating in my 5th Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC), riding 85 miles from Wellesley to Bourne. I will be riding in honor of my dad, Steve, and my little buddy, Mia, who both fought like hell to kick cancer's ass. I ride in memory of my cousin Patrick, my grandfather James "Bud" Mansfield, my aunt Kathy Troisi and countless others affected by this horrible disease.Cancer is something that touches everyone's lives. We are fighting back.
I'm very excited to join my family and friends on this ride as part of TEAM ARLINGTON ANGELS. Our team will ride in memory of Patrick Doherty, Catherine Malatesta and Matt Griffin. Three young Arlington people that lost their respective battles to cancer way too soon. Last year 100% of rider-raised revenue went directly to support the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's tireless commitment to finding a cure.
I ride in memory of loved ones who lost their battles.
I ride for those who are fighting cancer now.
I ride for the survivors.
I have committed to raising $7,000 and TEAM ARLINGTON ANGELS is on track to hit a lifetime fundraising total of more than $1,000,000!!!!. Please consider contributing to my fundraiser. Every donation counts.
Thank you!
