After a 9 year hiatus, I am back riding the PMC! Between getting married, having babies, work, and the day-to-day grind - there was always a reason NOT to sign up again, but this year is different.
On August 1 & 2, I will be riding in memory of my dear friend's husband, Chee Santone. On November 15, 2019, Chee lost his long, hard fought battle to cancer leaving behind his strong and devoted wife Jill, and their two young, incredibly brave children, Gemma and Luciano.
Jill and Chee had a love for each other and for the life they created like no other - one from a story book, one you could only dream for. Chee's death has affected an entire community, one where he was known and loved by everyone he came in contact with. For anyone who knew Chee, knew a vibrant, kind, generous man. An avid golfer, a staunch Philadelphia Eagles fan, a loyal and larger than life friend, loving husband and father, not to mention a fantastic dresser!
I am honored to get back on the bike along with my teammates of Team Forward, in memory of Chee and to raise money for life-saving cancer research.
This year, Team Forward will be riding the 161-mile, two day, Wellesley to Provincetown route and we are each required to raise a minimum of $5,500. 100% of dollars raised will be put towards supporting life-saving cancer research
I humbly invite you to share this experience with me by supporting this incredible cause with your donation.

With sincere gratitude,
Katie
