The PMC has always been an important weekend in my life. I have done everything - kids rides, a volunteer year, PMC re-imagined, and several different 2-day ride variations. Starting in 2015, when I did my first Bourne-Wellesley ride, this year marks my 10th PMC weekend!

A lot has changed in 10 years. My first PMC ride was in memory of my Grandmother, who passed away from breast cancer before I was born. I have since dedicated rides to friends and family who were going through or recently completed treatment. Most recently, I dedicated my ride last year to my grandma, who will be cheering me on, 1 year breast cancer free!

This year I have had the unique opportunity of working at Dana Farber. I have witnessed the impact of cancer research. I have met hundreds of survivors and learned about several groundbreaking clinic trials.

For the 2025 PMC, I am riding in celebration of those that have survived, in support of those still fighting, and in memory of those who have passed.
