Why I Ride ...
For the past several years, since I got back into cycling, I've wanted to do this ride in support of my Mom a two time breast cancer survivor. Finally last year I made the commitment. We've all lost too many friends and family members to this horrible disease. Most recently, another good family friend was diagnosed with breast cancer, and my mother-in-law was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. They too will be in the survivor column shortly. Please join me in committing to funding research to find a cure for this disease.
