Like many others, cancer has directly affected those I love: this year, I'm riding in the PMC in honor of my best friend's mom, who was diagnosed with breast cancer last year, and my grandfather, who is a survivor of prostate cancer and head and neck cancer. I'm riding to help the PMC reach its one billion dollar fundraising milestone in support of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's commitment to finding a cure for cancer.

This is my first year riding in the PMC, but I was a PMC volunteer last year, and I am a regular platelet donor for cancer patients, NICU patients, and critically ill patients at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute/Brigham and Women's Hospital. The 100+ miles I'll be riding will be challenging, but it's nothing compared to the challenge cancer patients face every day. Every cent you donate will directly support cancer research and treatment, and push me to cross the finish line. Thank you!!!
