Cancer will affect 40% of us directly, and pretty much everyone has a close family member who's had cancer. My paternal grandfather and mother in-law both died from the disease, and my younger sister is a cancer survivor. Great strides have been made in the last few years in finding new, successful treatments, but there's a long way to go. The Dana Farber Cancer Institute is one of the top cancer research and treatment centers in the world, so this money will be well spent. Please help me to reach my (required) $2,000 goal!!
