Dear Friends and Family,
On August 2nd - 4th we will be back for another Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC), and for so many reasons we feel fortunate to continue our commitment to this important cause. Since last year, we have lost a dear friend to cancer and like you, we know so many others who have been diagnosed. We need to continue to fund the research in order to minimize the number of people we all know impacted by this disease.
This year the Rimpas family's involvement is changing for happy reasons. Mad, Josh and Gunnar welcomed Clark into their family, who was born on July 7th! Jackson and Katie are getting married on August 17th! Both of these events will impact everyone's availability to ride and volunteer. I will be continuing as the Co-Coordinator of the Babson Hubsite, and riding to MMA on Saturday. Deb and Josh will be "Reimagining" their ride this year, and will complete the 88 mile ride another day. Deb will join me to volunteer at Babson on PMC weekend.
The PMC donates 100 percent of every rider-raised dollar to the cause. Your tax-deductible donation can be made by clicking on this link (http://pmc.org/egifts) and following the prompts to make a donation for Jeff or Deb Rimpas. You can also donate by check, made payable to PMC/Jimmy Fund and mailed to us at 33 Pine Street, Sudbury, MA 01776. If you do choose to sponsor us, we would appreciate it if you could do that as close to the PMC weekend as possible (August 2nd - 4th) although we can accept donations until October 1st.
