Having had unique insight into the medical world at Dana Farber and other institutions in the last couple years, I am blown away by how many workers dedicate their lives to helping others. Surgeons doing 10+ hour surgeries many times a week, Oncologists studying tirelessly new treatment options, and nurses being bed side to help their patients feel safe in the middle of the night.

I am happy to participate for the first time in the Pan Mass challenge this year and self fund the $6,000 minimum as Dana Farber has made a difference in my life and changes the course of many people's lives for the better. During the course of the ride, I am sure I will spend a lot of time reflecting on the amazing work that these health care professionals do and how thankful i am for their work. I am grateful to get to participate in such an amazing event.
