Why I Ride ...
It's official, I'm riding in the PMC again for my seventh year! I can't believe it will be seven years of training and more importantly, fundraising!!
We all know someone who has/d cancer and I'm trying to do my part to help them out. This year, I unfortunately add to the family and friends whom I ride for. My cousin Andy's young daughter Olivia was recently diagnosed with pediatric brain cancer (diffuse midline glioma or DMG). Olivia and her family continue to be warriors trying to fight this deadly cancer. While we pray for her, I can contribute even more so by raising funds to finance research that can help find cures. You can help me by supporting me in my ride, where 100% of your contribution goes directly to Dana Farber. We've raised over a billion dollars for the cause, but now is not a time to stop. With federal research grants being cut, Dana Farber needs our support more than ever!!
