Hello,

Well, this year I have decided to jump into the two-day Pan Mass Challenge starting from Sturbridge MA on Saturday 8/2nd and ending in Provincetown MA on 8/3rd. Since COVID, I’ve done the reimagined ride each year continuing my efforts at helping support all the research and assistance at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute/Boston Children’s Cancer and Blood Disorders Center.

It seems every year, we all experience a friend or family member that has been impacted by cancer. My granddaughter’s fight for her life having been diagnosed with Neuroblastoma stage 4 continues to be positive as a happy and thriving 9-year-old! How heartwarming it was having all the great people taking care of her at Dana Farber and Children’s.

I am very hopeful for everyone afflicted, given all the support for research and successes in treatments.

My thoughts this year will be with the patients, survivors, doctors, staff and all in the PMC family riders, volunteers and supporters, over the weekend. My goal this year is to exceed my fundraising goal of $6,000 and get to the finish line!
