I'm an enthusiastic and perennial supporter of the PMC because it is a terrific way to get involved in the effort to beat cancer. 100% of your donations go directly to support the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's commitment to finding a cure. Research has led to the treatments that can diagnose, treat, and extend the lives affected by cancer. PMC is all about making those advances possible. In 2019, I lost my old friend, Don, whose life was extended for a beautiful year by Dana Farber's treatment. During that time he showed me how to live with dignity, how to love his family, how to be a good friend, and he posed for the first and only Christmas Card that has ever moved me. Our donations can make a difference, like they did for Don and his family. That's why I'm riding and fundraising again this year. I'm registered as a virtual rider so that I can ride from New York to Provincetown with our son Will (and anybody else who wants to tag along is welcome!) in August.
