One of the most difficult days of my life was when my mom was diagnosed with cancer a few years ago. With strength, dignity, and courage, I watched her battle cancer. Thankfully, she is now in remission.
I'm excited to continue to ride in the Pan-Mass Challenge in honor of my mom as well as the many friends and colleagues I know who have been impacted by this horrible disease. On August 7, I'll leave Sturbridge, pedaling nearly 200 miles over the course of two days to Provincetown, with each of them in my heart. I've always wanted to participate in the PMC, and while I did it last year virtually, it will be even more meaningful this year because I'll be doing it alongside others who share in my passion for helping to find a cure for cancer.
I've set a goal of raising $6,000 for this year's Pan-Mass Challenge. One hundred percent of every dollar raised goes to cancer research and treatment at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Please help me raise money for such an important cause.
I'm a proud supporter of the PMC because it is leading a charge to beat cancer. In fact, last year 100% of rider-raised revenue went directly to support the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's tireless commitment to finding a cure.
