Hello friends,

I'm so excited to be participating this year in my first Pan-MassChallenge (“PMC”) as a member of Team Next Generation. I'm certainly a biking rookie, having ridden a road bike about 10 times in my life - but the challenge is worth it to be part of such an amazing team and for a cause like this. 100 miles will be light work!

The PMC is the annual bike-a-thon across Massachusetts to raise money for life-saving cancer research and treatment at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and raises more money for charity than any other single athletic fundraising event in the country.

The PMC has raised $972 million since its start in 1980 and is on track to raise over $1 billion dollars cumulatively this year. With your support, Team NextGen 100+ riders and dozen volunteers are aiming to raise over $800 thousand in this year’s ride!

I ride with thoughts of my family, loved ones, and others close to me who have faced the fight against cancer.
