Why I ride? Family and friends... that's what it's all about to me. We all know someone who has been affected by cancer and it's always difficult for everyone. My family was blessed five years ago with Dana Farber's expertise and we now have a fully recovered family member. Together with you, I have raised over $125,000 and I am participating in the PMC ride for my eighth year in a row. Cancer doesn't take a year off and I don't either. Although, you can see from the photo I think someone may have wanted me off the team... This year, I will ride from Sturbridge to Provincetown over two days and help the PMC cross the $1 BILLION lifetime fundraising mark for Dana-Farber. I am more determined than ever to get us closer to a cure for cancer. PMC is leading the charge to beat cancer. In fact, last year 100% of rider raised revenue went directly to support the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's tireless commitment to finding a cure.
