I'm a proud supporter of the PMC because it is leading the charge to beat cancer. In fact, 100% of rider-raised revenue goes directly to support the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's tireless commitment to finding a cure.
I am riding in honor of my cousin Dmitri, who has been living with a brain tumor for 12 years.
Check out the videos CBS News did about Dmitri!

Until a few years ago, there were no pediatric brain tumor research labs in the US. Now, the DFCI has a thriving and growing program, and it's making a difference.
I'm riding as a member of Team Year Up, which has raised $3.6 million since 2015 for this program, through the Dmitri Itzkovitz Pediatric Brain Tumor Research Fund. I'm targeting 100% of the money I raise to the Fund, which helped support a recent clinical trial called TAK580.
The trial was extremely successful: it shrunk kids' brain tumors. Even more exciting, TAK580, now called Ojemda, has received FDA approval: it’s the first ever FDA-approved therapy developed to target the most common pediatric brain tumor—Dmitri’s kind of tumor. Thanks to generous donations in past years, we’ve funded the research that discovered and developed TAK580 from the very beginning.
There’s a lot more work to do, so we can’t stop now. The money you contribute to my ride will help build on this success. This year I am riding 50 miles in the Wellesley loop and have pledged to raise $1,000. I would be honored and grateful to have your support!
Thank you!
