Dear Family and Friends,
On August 5th and 6th, I will be riding in the Pan Mass Challenge (PMC) with members of my team, The Biker’s Dozen, in one of the largest cancer fundraising events in the country. The PMC raises money for life-saving cancer research and treatment at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, a nationally recognized cancer center and a leader in the fight against cancer. To date, this bike-a-thon has raised almost $900 million dollars.
Through the generosity of relatives, friends, neighbors, co-workers and other contributors the team has raised over $3.7 million over the past 10 plus years. This year, our team hopes to raise another $350,000 for this great cause. Our team is especially excited to ride this year as many second-generation riders, including my son Jake, are going to ride as part of our team. 100% of your tax-deductible donation will go directly to pediatric brain tumor research at Dana-Farber. Riding in memory of my dear sister, Shay, and my brother-in-law, Kurt, I hope to accomplish my goal of raising at least $7,500 for this great cause.
To make an e-gift, you can access my PMC website. Go tohttp://www.pmc.org, click on donations at the bottom left and enter my name or you can paste this link into your web browser:

You can also mail a check to my home (15 Tolman Street, Needham, MA 02492) made out to PMC.
Any donation you can make is greatly appreciated. As many of you already may be sponsoring other riders or have other important causes that you support, please do not feel obligated to make additional donations. Thank you for your support as always.
Sincerely,
Gary
