My mother has been a huge inspiration throughout my life, and I have seen her crush the Pan-Mass Challenge for the last 18 years. She has raised a significant amount of money for an amazing cause while pushing herself physically and mentally. She has shown me that it is never too late to learn something new and build a community while you're at it. Cancer has touched our family, like many other families, and I am so excited to be a part of this amazing movement for my first year as a Pan-Mass rider (right alongside my mother for her 19th year!)

Since its founding in 1980, PMC riders like me have raised more than $1 billion for lifesaving cancer research, treatment and patient care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, one of the country's top cancer care hospitals. My PMC is making a difference in the lives of patients at Dana-Farber and around the world. The funds I raise support the innovative work of doctors, nurses, and scientists in their search for cures for cancers and related diseases.
