What happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object? PMC 2025 raises another $50+ million to fight cancer!

I'm rode the PMC for the second time last weekend!

What's the PMC??

The PMC is a 2-day 200 mile bike ride across Massachusetts, and is a massive fundraiser for cancer research and treatment. I rode for the first time last year and found the whole experience empowering. I rode shoulder to shoulder with cancer survivors (aka Living Proof cancer research and treatment works), I was cheered on and thanked by childhood oncology patients, and I completed the 186 miles and $10,000 fundraising goal! This year we celebrated GORGEOUS weather, we gathered in times of economic uncertainty, yet the vibes were full of strength, resiliance, and hope!

100% of the money I raise goes to the Jimmy Fund and The Dana Farber Cancer Institute, one of the top cancer centers in the world. This money will progress cancer research and provide critical treatment to oncology patients.

Why I ride

In 2011 my little brother faced a brain tumor. During weeks of surgery, chemo, and radiation our family remained positive and brave, and our anthem was Eminem's song Not Afraid. In 2012 my dad started the PMC team 'Fraid Knots and together the team has raised over $1 million and my little brother has been cancer free for 14 years!

- Investing in cancer research is working: in the past 48 years cancer survival rates have gone up 49% -> 69%!- Dana Farber Cancer Institute is making it happen: In the past 9 years the Dana Farber Cancer Institute has served a critical part in more than half cancer related drugs approved by the FDA!

- National Cancer Institute 2026 funding was cut by 37% causing hiring freezes and canceled clinical trials yet the powerful backing from the PMC has enabled Dana Farber Cancer Institute to continue all their clinical trials so far

192 miles and $10,000 seems hard!

Not as hard as cancer. I'm committed to this cause and I'm inspired by this community.
