I ride in honor of my children, and all the children near and far, so they will never have to suffer from the fear of cancer or its treatments. I ride in honor of my beloved mother who faught it and won a couple of times. I ride in honor of my relatives, my friends (and their relatives), and my patients who are fighting cancer today, and for those who have won their battles in the past. I ride in memory of my grandmother (Amina), my grandfather (Abdurrahman), my uncles (Nemr, Mostafa, Sa'ed and Raed), my friends (Abdel-Kader, Andy, and Khaled), and my patients who are no longer with us because of this disease.

I ride so one day, very soon, we can have a world without cancer.
